These three photos are my favorite for very different reasons. The first photo is after a championship game, in the foureground is two teammates distraught after the loss. In the blurry background the championship team holding up their trophy. The framing of the subjects is what I really enjoy about this photo is the use of the rule of thirds. Even the weather helps to build the dejected emotion with the overcast day combined with the bare trees.

In the second photo, again a photo of a championship game but the emotions could not be any more different. Shot on a 10mm lens, it would have been a struggle to shoot the entirety of the scene on any other lens considering how chaotic it was. The mix of the flash and slow shutter speed only amplifies that energy of the championship win.

The last photo is very different to the other two, although sharing similarities to the second photo. This shot is of course staged but I placed a screw-on fisheye adapter(meant for vhs camera) in front of a 24-70 lens to get the wide angle look. The fisheye adapter caused very noticable chromatic displacement which gives a very distorted and nostalgic look to the scene, that would have been generic and very run of the mill considering how cliche the use of cars in high school media days are.
